Recommended Learning Opportunity: Mastering the Teens Coaching Game
Teenagers do not only need information. They also need adults who understand them, listen well, respond with clarity, and create the kind of safety that allows young people to open up honestly.
This is why we are pleased to draw attention to a free external session titled “Mastering the Teens Coaching Game,” organised by the Institute of Family Engineering and Development / IFED Academy.
The session is designed to help adults better understand what may be behind teenage behaviour, respond with clarity rather than frustration, and become trusted adults teenagers can safely open up to.
For parents, teachers, mentors, counsellors, youth workers, alumni volunteers, facilitators and everyone who cares about teen development, this session may be a useful opportunity to strengthen adult capacity for guiding young people through anxiety, peer pressure, identity questions, confusion and transition uncertainty.
Date: Sunday, July 26, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM WAT
Registration: https://www.ifedacademy.com/mtc-1
Please note that this is an external session and not a WhatNext Africa training. However, it aligns with our broader commitment to raising a worthy successor generation by strengthening the adults, institutions and support systems around young people.
The right adults can change teen outcomes.
