As the 2026 Batch B Stream I NYSC Orientation Course commences across Nigeria today, WhatNext Africa warmly congratulates all prospective corps members on reaching this important milestone.

The transition into national service represents more than participation in a national programme. For many young Nigerians, it is a significant step in the journey from student life into adulthood, responsibility, leadership, and career development. It is a season of learning, adaptation, service, and personal growth.

We encourage every corps member to approach this experience with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to making meaningful contributions wherever they are posted. The relationships you build, the lessons you learn, and the opportunities you embrace during this season may shape your future in ways you cannot yet fully imagine.

We also acknowledge and appreciate the National Youth Service Corps management, camp officials, government agencies, security personnel, healthcare workers, trainers, support staff, and all stakeholders whose dedication makes the successful conduct of the Orientation Course possible.

WhatNext Africa Engages Unity Schools Old Students Association (USOSA) at 46th Plenary 2025

Abuja, Nigeria - October 2025. As part of its ongoing Stakeholders Engagement on the WhatNext Calendar for the 2025/2026 School Year, WhatNext Africa, led by its Programme Director, Temitope S. Ogunnusi, participated in the 46th Plenary of the Unity Schools Old Students Association (USOSA) held in Abuja. The engagement underscores WhatNext Africa’s mission to work collaboratively with education and alumni stakeholders to help young Nigerians make informed transitions from school to life, work, and nation-building. During the plenary, Mr. Ogunnusi met with USOSA President-General, Mr. Michael Magaji, and introduced him to one of the organization’s flagship student resources - the “Life After Secondary School” pamphlet.
